When Ford released the Ford Mustang in 1964 they had no idea it was going to be such a huge succes.
Take a look at this all original 1964 1/2 and you will immediately know why.
Other than a two patch panels in the rear floor pan, this piece of history still has all its original sheet metal.
This early Mustang was also built with the (in 1964) optional 289 Cui V8 engine, an automatic C4 transmission, power steering, and dealer installed A/C.
During the years disc brakes were added to add more comfort and safety.
And at some point in time the Mustang was also repainted but always honoring the matching nr color.
The aftermarket luggage rack, center console, and styled steel wheels add just this little bit extra to let it stand out in the crowd.
